Rated 1 out of 5 by from WP-450 I had to have a travel size waterpik and I ordered the WF-02 which is battery operated. It did not arrive in time for travel and there were ongoing delays so I bought the WP-450 from a local retailer. I also had to have periodontal piks which have to be bought separately from Waterpik and I forgot to include the extra one I had ordered for my WP-100 when I packed. I could not find anyplace to purchase the necessary piks while traveling or even where I live so I was unable to use the waterpik while away--my dentisit won't be happy. In addition, beware that the charger for the WP-450 was a problem going through airport security. My carryon was removed and searched and the TSA agent told me that the charger was what set off the security alert. I wish I could have gotten the WF-02 and I wish the replcement piks were available in stores. I did try the WP-450 at home before I left to make sure it worked and the other reviews which suggest using it in the shower are correct--it is a mess to use over sink while trying to maintain the necessary angle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product! I really enjoy using my WP-450 Waterpik. It does a great job removing food from my teeth and bridges. I eat a small bag of popcorn each evening. Afterwards, I brush my teeth and then use my Waterpik. It is amazing how it is capable of removing those annoying popcorn things from my teeth and gums, even though I brushed before using it! The only problem I have with my Waterpik is that the water runs down my arm and unto the floor. This only happens when I use it on the backside of my teeth. Perhaps, I am just not holding it properly. I also love that it is portable and can take it with me when I travel. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but noisy. I have used your waterpik and the results are good. The only problem I have with it is it very noisy. My daughter remarked on it also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome BUT My son loved using the waterpik esp since he wears braces and is lazy about flossing his teeth. The waterpik made it a breeze, it was his new favorite toy. Unfortunately we damaged it while charging it in Russia. I thought that using a converter/adapter would work, like it does for my other appliances. Apparently not! The customer service representative told me that it is only to be used in America and that this is stated on the box but in very tiny fine print. I checked, and yes that's right. I am not the first to experience this. The company sent me a new waterpik gratis to my US home address (a pro!). But we need to buy a new one in Russia where it is double the price. Please make the fine print less fine!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Holds a great charge for only a month! Was a joy for one month. Strong motor & really cleaned between teeth & gums very well. Thanks to a moo.review which said this happens often with this exact product, they recommend scraping the 2 gold prongs at the base where you plug in the charge as the company puts silicone over them. I will try that. There is also no clear signal that the battery is charging. I really liked it & how it didn't take up counter space like the others do. I would buy this again if you could charge it after a month. So disappointed. Very interesting they ask you for a review 3 weeks after you buy it before you know it can't be charged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels Great! My "dental hygienist" recommended using a "waterpik" after I told her I hated using dental floss. I always thought that a "waterpik" was just hype. But she insisted so I bought this model, at a very "reasonable" price. After using it for the first time I loved the way my gums felt; my teeth also look cleaner than when I just brush. It takes a little bit of practice to get the right angle; the design of the product allows for a one handed operation. I can't wait to get back with my "hygienist" to hear her say how much my dental cleaning has improved.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job... Still prefer my WP-72W. Although this will get the job done, I have to fill the water reservoir twice to get all my teeth done. The Reservoir comes off, but really not sure why. If you remove it and try to fill it, it just pours right out and you cannot get in it to clean it or dry it out so I worry about bacteria growing inside the Reservoir over time. I will use it when I travel, but just replaced a broken part on my older WP and will continue to use it as my "go to" water pik.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like the different choices of heads included I purchased this for my son because he got braces.I originally purchased the less expensive starter one and it was time to upgrade. Love all the different heads included. It could be better though. The water comes out great at first but you have to quickly start maneuvering the the Waterpik to keep the water coming. It is annoying. The other issue is that there is always a bit of water left trapped inside which bothers me. It is an average product and it seems to do the job.
