Rated 3 out of 5 by Not Too Terrible Bought this scale for personal use. It weighs differently in different rooms so there is no real way to know how much I actually weigh. Even though I bought it on sale, I'm still upset that the scale is inaccurate. (At these times, I wish I had an old fashioned upright sliding weight scale) June 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Has great display This scale has a large display and you can see it!! Love how nice it looks in my bathroom! May 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by A good scale, tells your weight. It tells you your weight. that's all. No funky iphone apps no bluetooth wifi nonsense, its just a nice scale and for a great price. PROS: It is accurate and consistent. The glass is nice and thick, feels sturdy, I'm not afraid to step on it at all. The lcd is large enough to read easily and has enough contrast to do so in all but no light situations. YMMV: I used to have a black scale and it stood out on the light tan colored tile in the bathroom, the clear glass is real nice and it blends in, looks great! BUT I have over looked it and kicked it. On a side note...it's sturdy! CONS: None I can come up with at the time. On a side note there is a sticker on the top of the unit that says "Tap here, Wait for 0, Step on." TAP HERE not PRESS not TOUCH not LIFT,etc.... TAP. My old scale required a gentle push to the top of the scale to turn on, and I was used to that and thought something was wrong since I had read some other reviews about other people not getting it to turn on. But the problem was not the scale, it was me using it wrong. When it says tap, it means TAP, no amount of pressing and pushing would turn it on, but, slap it with the bottom of your foot and voila. Powered up, zero'd out and ready. May 29, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Perfect Scale for my Bathroom This sleek, digital scale is perfect for my family. It weighs to the tenths, so it's more accurate than just a whole number which is nice. This way you can see even some small progress. The numbers are big making them easy to read. I've found the scale to be consistent. The scale was on sale when I bought it, there was a coupon code for the July 4th weekend, I had a $10 coupon, and I had it delivered to the store instead of paying for shipping, so I got a great deal on it!! I would have been happy to pay full price on this scale though, because I like it so much! July 30, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Disappointed I was really looking forward to receiving this scale after reading all the positive reviews. First of all, when I received the scale, it was sent in the original box that had clear tape all over the box. The box was flimsy to begin with and it looked like it had been sent to several customers before I got it. When I set the scale up it looked like it was okay and not damaged in any way. But after days after weighing myself, I had about 3 different readings every time I weighted. Sorry Penneys, this one item really let me down. March 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Product meets my expectations. When the scale arrived it didn't work. Indicator that battery was low. So I called the scale company and he was very helpful and sent me new batteries. Put those batteries in and the scale still showed low battery power. I investigated further and discovered that the batteries had been inserted incorrectly at the factory! Didn't use the scale for a week while waiting for the new batteries only to discover it wasn't bad batteries, but careless factory workers. June 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Weight scale did not function. My Weight Watchers scale arrived dead. Disc batteries were in the battery case but weight did not register. Yes, it was turned on. After waiting for the W.W. scale for more than a month then finding it was non-operational, I gave up and returned it. I bought another brand for less at a big box store. It is a rare occasion that a purchase at Penneys is disappointing. January 30, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Good I bought this scale because of the reviews. I opened it and followed the directions but it did not work. I exchanged iand the second one displayed "LO" when tapped and that was it. When I opened the battery casing the whole inside was all scratched up. Not sure what is going on with this scale but I am returning it I might try another one. February 24, 2013
