by Glassie Beautiful sheer drapes!
I needed to buy new drapes and decided to try sheers. These sheers are a nice heavy material and the color linen matches/blends with the ivory beige pinch pleat drapes (also from JC Pennys). Granted, one cannot insert the drapery pins through the sheers but since you will likely be washing them on occasion, would you want to keep taking those pins out anyway? I was always kind of horrified by curtains on clip rings when I saw them in some stores but I decided to try these sheers with the clip rings and they look amazing. The pleats fold open so the bottom of the clip ring clips inside the pleat so you do not see it. This is really the best way to hang this type of drapes. The windows in the photo show 3 pairs.

by NJHomeDecor I'm very happy with the way they look!
These sheers hang very nicely right out of the package, with very little ironing necessary. They help keep the room bright in the daytime, and provide just enough privacy at night. I chose the Restoration Green, and the color is exactly what I wanted.
I agree with other reviews, though, that the label is in an odd place.

by tennismomoffour A great find
Finding 108" long pinch pleat sheers for track system was not an easy task. I didn't want to pay hundreds per panel. These worked great!!! Thank you JCP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BStewart1 Great Sheer for the Price
I had numerous windows to cover on a budget. I ordered 8 of these panels and they worked out great. I did iron them before hanging. The pinch pleated sheers give the room an elegant look and feel. And, I just love how they soften the light coming through the windows. I am glad JCP still carries a nice selection of pinch pleated sheers. I would purchase them again.
Note: the sheers I received had the 'care instruction' tag sewn into the top panel, on the exposed side, within the reinforced pleating section. I removed the hanging tab tag, which I had to, since it would show through panel at the top of the sheer. But there was no way to remove the remaining portion of the tag that is sewn in above the seam. That part shows through. In my case, I needed sheers 108" in length so, it is not really noticeable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SheerMadness Pinch Pleats with No Way To Hang?
I have been looking all over for pinch pleat sheers in extra-long length. I've waded through pole pockets, backtabs, grommets - only to finally find these! Pinch pleats in extra-long at a great price. I read through the description online, ordered 6 pairs, and received them.... with zero way to hang them. Traditionally pinch pleat curtains and sheers allow you to thread the hardware up the back on either side of the pleat. This sheer has no opening, just a sewn seam across the top. I started to use single hangers but the extra large top band (6 inches) makes it impossible to insert a 2 inch pointed hanger evenly and it all flopped over poorly. Why call it a pinch pleat and NOT advertise that you can't use drapery rod hardware?

Rated 4 out of 5 by newhouseowneryay Pretty panels, but wish they came in an off white or ivory
I purchased 3 sets of these panels for my daughter's room. I ordered color "moon beam" since there was no "off white" color. It ended up looking too "grey" against my daughter's lavender walls and I returned them for "cool white". The cool white wouldn't have been my first choice, but I wanted the pinch pleat sheers and these fit the bill. These panels hangs very pretty, however they look a little cheap up close. However, overall I think it is a good purchase. Just one point, I ordered these panels a few weeks back and since the price has gone up. I guess it's because we're now using coupons again.....

Rated 3 out of 5 by superbuy On the whole a good purchase
Lovely material which is easy to iron. However, I would prefer a deeper hem and smaller heading. It seems to be reversed. Also, wondering why they don't make pinch pleats open, so that one can use the slip-in hooks, rather than pins. The slip-ins are so much easier, make hanging much more uniform and do less damage to the material. One more thing. Why are the sown in labels at the top where they are so obvious through the sheer material? It's difficult cutting them off without damaging the curtain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nychearts Beautiful sheers!!
Beautiful pure white sheer curtains ... very well made ... look alot more expensive .. pictures don't do them any justice. Gives the room a modern clean look. Only problem is the location of the label ... right in the middle of a pleat ... odd place to put a label on sheers, you'd think they would put it on the hem or somewhere towards the bottom where it wouldn't be so obvious ... other than that I'm very pleased with my curtains ... more than met my expectations ... as always Martha came through!
