We bought three of these drapery rods and with little or no muss, I had them up and ready for the drapes in less than an hour. Well packaged and no impossible plastic containers to open

Looked ok on the display, but when I actually had them up with my new curtains on them, WOW. They really look classy!

I love the way this rod looks against the wall and with the curtain hanging on it. I was always a pinch pleat, draw person but the new look is really sharp.

This curtain rod is beautifully designed. The coloring resembles marble on the ends. This rod greatly enhances my new JCP drapes. Well-made material.

Our dining room has a very large window that covers part of a twelve foot wall. I had ordered another rod from another company, but it didn't work out because it didn't hold up the heavy curtains. So I turned to J.C.Penney's to see what they might have. I found the perfect rod called Umbra Marbello. I had it installed and was totally satisfied with everything about it. The rod is a beautiful bronze tone and very sturdy. Thank you for carrying such great products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RetiredNCincy good quality...looks great...very sturdy
The various JCP sales did not include Umbra products...so I paid the full price...thus value rated average. The rod looks black online...it is actually a very dark brown...a plus for me. Each rod comes with three brackets. For one of the brackets, the screw holding the rod secure would not tighten...as the hole was a bit too large for the screw. Not a problem for me...as I need only one center bracket for my widest window...I bought three Umbra rods. The JCP ad lists the minimum rod length as 72 inches...not true! Each rod is in three pieces...left, right and a center rod that fits inside the other two rods. The left and right rods each measure 4' 2" (50 inches)...so minimum length would be 8'4" (100 inches). Again, not a problem for me. If I had needed a shorter length, I suppose a hacksaw would have solved it.
