Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bra; runs a size small I've recently needed to search for some front closing bras. At first I ordered a 6-hook Glamorise bra from JCPenney. It's a great bra . . . much more supportive than the back-hook bras I've been wearing. The only "problem" with the bra was that I've been wearing underwire bras for more than 40 years now and the soft-cup bra just felt "strange" to me! I decided to try this underwire single-hook bra, and I'm so glad that I did. The support is fabulous . . . must be great engineering! It's also very comfortable for all-day wear. The only caveat: I should have listened to those reviewers who claimed the bra band was a full size small. In most other full-figure bras I wear a 42DD, so that's the size I ordered. I was able to hook the bra, but only with a struggle. I returned the bras and ordered a 44D instead. (The cup size increases with the band size.) It's a perfect fit! I've found my new "favorite bra". Now, is there any chance for a smooth cup fabric for wear under tees?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute bra, runs a bit small I purchased two of these bras because I wanted the convenience of a front close clasp and comfort shoulders straps, with underwires for needed support. The bras run a bit small, and since there is only one closure and no adjustments like the ones found on a back closing bra, it's best to order at least one size up. Additionally, the plastic front closure clasp, while secure, tends to slide sideways and doesn't lie flat on my chest. This can be uncomfortable. The other issue I had was that due to having only one clasp, the stress of the single front closure tended to pull my breasts apart giving me a very wide-set appearance that I didn't find attractive under clothes. I wear a 36 DDD and ordered a 38 F - but still had these issues. I think that this bra would be best suited for smaller sized cups. I do think it's a very pretty bra, with the lace and the polka dots, which appear white in the photo but really are a lavender shade.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mostly great Front closing bras are great if you have a shoulder with a torn rotator cuff. It fits well and the sides don't spill over. There is one flaw though. The plastic clasp is flimsy and breaks within a few months leaving the rest of the bra still looking like new. The plastic clasp should be made of metal instead. Mine broke at a really inopportune moment. I had to do some quick thinking and was able to hold it together with a small key ring!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best fitting bra ever! This truly is the best fitting bra I've ever purchased. It's great to find a bra in a large size - 48G - that fits well and isn't over-engineered, leaving wires poking out in the front. I only wish the wires lasted longer - the wires in the sides of the cups are always the first to snap, and never last as long as the rest of the bra would. And, I wish there were more colors to choose from, but otherwise, this is still the only style I buy these days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too small This order arrived yesterday, and I was so thrilled at how lovely this bra was. I immediately went to try it on and I couldn't even get the bra around me, let alone clip it shut. I ordered a 40G, which is the size of my favorite bras. When I measured the band of this bra, it wasn't even 29 inches. Not close to a 40 inch band size. The bra says it's a 40G, but it can't be if it can only go around 29 inches. Beautiful bra with questionable sizing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, really good product, especially for the price I haven't had these bras for very long, but so far I am very pleased with them. It is very challenging for me to find bras, as I am a big woman with a large chest, but I also have arthritis, which makes a back closure hard for me. All of the front closures I have gotten in the past have been too flimsy and have worn out quickly. Having a front closure underwire is a game changer! The support is really good, and it's easy to put on. By the end of each day, I'm certainly ready to have it off, but I rarely have to adjust it during the day, and the support is steady throughout the day; doesn't start to sag as the day progresses. And, compared with my Wacoal bras, with all of the sales and discounts that Penney's is offering, I got 7 bras for the price of 2 of my Wacoals. So, even if they do wear out a little faster, I haven't broken my bank just to get a bra that fits well, wears well, and is easy for me to put on. Well done! The only thing I would recommend is getting one cup size larger than you normally wear, as I feel like they run just a little small in the cup size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ahhhh....Finally!!! Finally a front close bra that is ahhhhmazing!!! I've been looking for a bra like this for years and never had any luck until now. I wear a DD and this bra not only provides great support but it's also very comfortable which really surprised me. The underwire doesn't dig into my skin or jab me under my arms, in fact I couldn't even feel it at all. I wore this bra for the first time to work and was sweating, twisting, turning, lifting, etc. and not once did I have to re-adjust my bra or fall out as I was bending over...sounds funny but it's really embarrassing when it happens. It's well worth the price and I'm back for more! If you are a large cup woman I urge you to try this bra! We really can have a supportive and comfortable bra that is also very pretty! Thank you JMS & Glamorise!! Please don't ever stop making this bra!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most comfortable underwire I've ever owned! I purchased two of these bras a few weeks ago. I absolutely LOVE them! I wear a 40D and really need support. This bra has a fabric piece in the bottom of each cup that doesn't stretch, but it firmly pushes my breasts up where they are supposed to be without being uncomfortable. The straps are rounded and extra wide at the shoulder and have padding. No more digging bra straps. Add to that the convenient front closure and you have a perfect bra! This bra is very true to size and fit perfectly. Here is the wonderful part of this bra... Even though it has padded, comfortable straps, there is almost no stress on the straps. The bra itself is designed so well that the bra itself is doing most of the work! The straps also stay in place and don't flop down. I would recommend this bra for women with larger breasts who need comfort along with support. There is no extra "t-shirt" padding, so this bra wouldn't be recommended for women with smaller breasts who are looking for a bra with size enhancement. This bra also doesn't create or enhance cleavage. The bra fit me exactly how it fit the model. GLAMORISE- PLEASE ADD MORE COLORS!
