by Irish4life Most comfortable bra I've ever had. Fits great.
I was so pleased with this bra that I bought four more and am throwing out a drawer-full of bras that I won't be wearing again.

by MsPinetree First impression: Disappointed
I hate buying bras... I guess not many women love it, but being a 42DDD it can be especially depressing. I had been buying inexpensive bras at another store, but recently got sized and realized I was a DDD not a DD and the store I shopped at didn't carry that size. I decided to try buying online. I thought the amount I paid for this was a bit much even though it was the least expensive I could find, but I suppose for a good bra it's an investment (?) It came in the mail today and I'm not very happy with it. Firstly it is padded... I didn't see where it said that anywhere... why would I need a DDD bra padded? it also fits me like a suit of armor, stiff and thick and heavy. As you can see in my photo, the top of the cups are so high that it shows under any lower cut shirt, as does the side of the cup near my armpit.... way too much coverage, the difference from the photo in their online catalog is probably because it's larger size, it would be helpful if they had photos of plus size models in the plus size bras. Perhaps they run small, and this would be helped if I sized up, but it pinches my shoulders and the underwire jams into my armpit even though I have the straps the longest they will go and ordered the size I was professionally fitted as. The idea of returning it and trying again is a bit overwhelming, I am going to keep it for a couple of days and see if it relaxes and I feel a little less like a horned hat and metal bra wearing opera singer stereotype.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Judy I've been buying these bras for 3 years.
I love these bras. They have enough styling that they aren't dumpy looking. The wide straps at the shoulder are quite comfortable. The full figure fit means that my girls aren't spilling out and have full coverage. I like that. These bras hold up well in the washer. I've not had any issues with wires poking through...very well constructed. My only complaint, and this is for ALL bras, is, why hasn't anybody figured a way to keep the strap adjustment secure? I have to reset the straps with every wearing. Well I did until I added a tiny safety pin under the slide to keep the straps from slipping. This bra is so comfortable that I do not rush to take off my bra when I get home. I've actually forgotten I had it on and slept in it. Will continue to buy these.

No one knows better than I do how hard it is to find a comfortable "underwire" bra in a 40DD!! The material that is used to make this bra is so stretchy and comfortable. The straps don't slip off the shoulders and "the girls" as I call them are lifted and look sensational under any garment. The bra washes and dries beautifully too. I will say that under the arms I can feel a little tightness but nothing that would prevent me from purchasing this bra again. I love the fact that I have finally found a bra that I can purchase without going to expensive boutique store! This one is a WINNER ladies!! Give it a try and see for yourselves!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by lmorely123 great fit, comfortable and good underwire
What I love about these bras is that the underwire lasts longer and I don't have an issue with the wire popping out of the material. With the 42D size bra, comfort is very important and the durability of the bra is important as well. Great quality all the way around. This is my third time purchasing this particular bra.

If I had known this model was a molded foam cup I never would have ordered it. Who in their right mind would market such a style for large breasted women? This style, however, is all one can find in stores anymore in the larger sizes and underwired. The description should have stated this was a molded cup, which is a style for ladies with breasts that are not in need of support. I was really looking forward to getting something I could actually wear - styles and sizes that have disappeared from stores in the last year or two. Figures; just my luck that another source (on-line) is a 'no go'. Guess I'm stuck shopping at expensive specialty stores, which I can't afford. Thanks, Playtex and JC Penney's, for this major disappointment.
