Rated 5 out of 5 by One of my favorites This is my fourth pair of Worthington slacks and another great score. I didn't think it was possible to look great and feel great in business casual clothes but Worthington makes it happen. December 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is just what I've been looking for! I am a tall woman, by tall I mean 6' with at least a 36" inseam, with bigger thighs and a smaller waist and have been searching for years for a pair of dress pants that fit me right for both, not to mention are long enough. These pants cover all of the above and in a comfortable stylish way! February 3, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these pants. I love these pants. They are so comfortable I often wear them for everyday instead of my bluejeans. February 4, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great value for Talls It is very difficult to find tall pants that have an ample in seam and do not look baggy. I am 5'10" with ample hips :) When I found these on JCP I was so happy ! The Worthington brand is durable, well fitting for curvy ladies They fit and wash well. No iron needed, when wrinkled, just drop in dryer for a few minutes and off you go. JCP is now my go-to place for clothes for Talls. Will def buy more colors. January 27, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by I like the curvy pants but the sizing is unreliable I've worn curvy tall trousers from JCP for years and over the past 3-4 years, the sizing has changed and become unreliable, e.g., some are roomy in the waist but tight in the thigh, some fit well all over, some are so tight they can't be worn, etc. Even the same pants in a different color can fit differently. I recommend these with caution: I love the pants when they fit but fit is trial-and-error January 27, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Quality is Inconsistent I've purchased numerous pairs of Worthington curvy fit trouser pants in tall. When the material is of good quality and not clingy and thin they are the absolute best. However, you never know what type of material you're going to get. I recently bought a pair that were fabulous so I bought four more pair only to have to return them all. They were clingy, cheap, and looked horrible compared to the pair that I kept. January 26, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by DIsappointed in online shopping I didn't even try them on -- the color wasn't what I thought it was. And the material felt cheesy. Returned the pants. My fault. One of the downfalls of shopping online. January 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great fit I can always trust Worthington to fit perfectly. They also are a great straight leg style. The material launders beautifully. January 18, 2016

Are these pants wrinkle resistant? I'm looking for pants to take on a two week trip and I'll be living out of a suitcase. Thanks! (WHY are there so many 'wrinkle-free options for men's pants and not for women's?)

Answer:
Yes, wrinkle resistant but not wrinkle free. They will hold up OK in a suitcase if you pack carefully but you can't "shake out" or hang out the wrinkles.

Yes, these are wrinkle resistant. I have to stay overnight on call at work occasionally and I will pack a pair in my call bag for the next day. They stay nicely.

I returned them because they were too long, but I think the fabric would be somewhat wrinkle resistant.

Answer:
Curvy is slightly bigger in the hip/seat and modern fit is more straight in the waist to hip area. I get both and the fit isn't terribly different except for a little bit of room in the hip/seat area.

Answer:
I buy curvy and they seem to fit better because I have curvy hips! I believe the modern are more straight cut!

Answer:
I also noticed that the Curvy Fit is smaller in the waist and leave more room for the backside and thighs. What's great about the Curvy Fit is that this size generally solves the problem for those prone to "the gap in the back." I'm 24 years old. In a Modern Fit, I have to wear a size 6 and suffer with a a gap in the back of my pants with a bit of slack at the back of my thighs. If I try to go smaller, the pants fit in the waist, but are too tight in the backside and thighs. In a Curvy Fit, I am a size 4 with no gap in the back while still compensating for my full backside and thighs (perfect!). It is by far the best fitting for my figure (curvy rather than straight). Hope this helps!

Answer:
I don't have these particular pants, however in general I have found curvy fit pants to be somewhat fulller in the hips and rear. I typically wear a size 12 in pants and have a 30" waist and 40" hips and the curvy pants are generally not good fits for me. I do better with the regular fits in pants and personally stay away from curvy. You may have to try some curvy pants on at a store first to see what works best for your particular figure.

Answer:
Curvy Fit pants have a smaller waist relative to hips and are for fuller thighs. They suit my figure but I can wear both styles. I wear one size larger in Modern Fit than in Curvy Fit. A woman with a straight body probably can't wear Curvy Fit.
Some of Curvy Fit pants this season have small straight-across front pockets right under the waistband rather than wide slash pockets. Not as accessible as slash pockets.

The curvy fit pants seem to run to big in the waist for me. I typically wear size 6 in all pants (34 1/2 inseam). If my waist is 27 - 27 1/2 and hips 38, what fit would be best for me in JCPenney pants? Modern fit? Thanks :)

Answer:
From searching the site, the answer is, It depends how tall you are.
Some Worthington curvy fit pants come in "tall" which lists a 35 1/2 " inseam and starts at size 6.
Other styles come in "misses long" which lists a 35 " inseam and starts at size 2.
The Worthington Curvy Fit pants that I bought recently run large. I normally wear size 8 or 10 in pants but in these I wear a 6 (misses regular).
