Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pants I have purchased several pairs of these style pants because being tall and curvy is a challenge. I will not buy any other pants but these. I have had so many other purchases that never work for my body style. I like the fact that these pants dont have pockets on the side. That is the worst design flaw for a curvy person. The pockets poke out and look hideous. This is by far the best designed pant and i cant state that enough. I love them. Thanks Worthington for this pant. I am a customer for life.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Different Makers?? I ordered these pants in Jan, deep chocolate and the fit was perfect! Placed another order because I liked the pants so much in February in black, same size, just different color. Pants where extremely tight in the waist(no I hadn't gain any weight!!!) and the thigh area was extremely tight. When I returned them, I inquired with the associate if I had received the modern fit by mistake(I own a few pair in the past). She informed me about the difference between the curvy fit and the modern fit, and the way it was described, I know I didn't receive the right pair. I really like my deep chocolate pair, so I decided to give it another try. I ordered the black again and also the navy last week. Well this time the black pants fit great, just like the deep chocolate pair, however the navy pair don't!!! I laid the navy pair on top of the black pair and they are not the same!! These are great pants if you can get the correct ones!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not curvy fit at all I have been wearing the Worthington Curvy Trouser Pants in size 4 short for the past three or four years and have always been satisfied when I purchased them in any color until now. I ordered one pair in black and another in neutral stripe. Since I'd read some negative reviews I was skeptical but didn't try them on as soon as I got them home. I wish I had. The black pants were more snug in the thighs and hips but I figure they will loosen with wear. The neutral pair in the same size were much tighter all over than the black pair so I have to return them. My husband said they fit me nothing like my old Worthington's that thankfully still look great. I'm going to try on the black ones again and if I'm not comfortable with the fit, I will return them, too. Please bring back the old curvy fit. What in the world happened and why do different colors fit differently???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What did you do with my old Curvy Style Pants Less than 2 years ago I owned almost every color these pants came in. I loved the Curvy Fit pants esp. in Petite lengths. I recently lost a dress size and ordered several new pairs. I was shocked how JCP had changed this particular pant. Its now got that cheap stretchy material and its much thinner than my old pants (which I still have to compare with. Even after wearing them once a week for 2 years they were in better shape then the new ones I ordered). JCP has changed the fit as well even though it states Curvy. The new pants are lose in the waist and tight in the thighs. Its really odd, it seems they aren't portionally made. Well maybe for someone who has no curves. I beg JCP please bring back the Curvy fit Petites you had a few years back. Really, like 2012 style. 5'2 size 8 Petite was 10P

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened? I used to love shopping JCPenney. Exersion brand for workout clothes and Worthington for work. The Curvy and Modern fit angle pocket pants always fit perfect, but they have the cut totally wrong now. The "curvy" pants are super tight in the thighs and loose in the rear/ waist, it's just ridiculous. Also, I swear you can try on 5 of the same pant size/ color and each one will fit differently...if I'm lucky I will find one that fits right, but lately - no dice. Now I can only buy shirts. Also, every time I go to shop online everything is out of stock. I mean, it's bad enough when all sizes except XS are out, but why even have an item on the site when there is ZERO stock at all? So frustrating, please JCPenney, start making the pants like you used to!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Curvy or nah? I'd have to say nah! I used to love these pants. They were the only ones that fit my hips, butt and thighs perfectly. However, the new style is awful. The so called "curvy" pants fit like the modern or junior's fit. I bought a size 8 curvy and it fits just like a size 8 modern. I tried on an older size 8 curvy and felt more room in the thigh area. The new ones are tight and uncomfortable. I can't blame it on any weight gain since the old ones fit better. I even tried going up a size, but I got the dreaded gap in the back that no belt could fix! I guess my tailor will continue to make a fortune off me! Like the others have said, the new curvy pants are just made differently! JCP please go back to the old pattern you used. This new fit feels more like a juniors fit!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did you mess with a great fit?! The original Worthington curvy fit trouser was my "go to" work style. For those of us with fuller hips and thighs and a smaller waist, there are few options for career appropriate pants. When I went to the store over the weekend to stock up on some new pieces, I was dismayed to see what you have done to this wardrobe staple! They are now very tight in the hips and thighs, with bell bottoms, and are made with cheap, skimpy fabric. To add insult to poor quality, the price almost doubled! These are not the pants I knew and loved. Please go back to the originals curvy fit cut. Your loyal customers will thank you.

what is the difference between Modern Fit and Curvy Fit pants?

Can someone tell me the difference between Modern Fit and Curvy Fit Worthington pants?
Asked by: Sandy
Modern fit is more for the women who doesn't have wide hips - kind of straight body style from the waist down. Curvy is more hourglass. Smaller waist and wider hips/rear.

Are These Wrinkle Resistant?

Are these pants wrinkle resistant? I'm looking for pants to take on a two week trip and I'll be living out of a suitcase. Thanks! (WHY are there so many 'wrinkle-free options for men's pants and not for women's?)
Asked by: Eileen108
They seem pretty wrinkle-free so far. I've worn them every day this week and they look great!

Do these pants ever come in size 4 tall?

The curvy fit pants seem to run to big in the waist for me. I typically wear size 6 in all pants (34 1/2 inseam). If my waist is 27 - 27 1/2 and hips 38, what fit would be best for me in JCPenney pants? Modern fit? Thanks :)
Asked by: LittleMissSandBox
Modern Fit size would be the better choice for slim tall women.
