Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECT! I LOVE these trousers! I am very picky when it comes to trousers for a few reasons. I work in a law office to start, so they have to fit perfect so I don't look like a mess. Second, I'm 5'10" so finding the right length is always difficult. I am also somewhat thin at 145 lbs so they need to be slim-fitting to make sure they're not too baggy anywhere or cling to tight in the wrong areas, which trousers often do. These fit perfectly. I ordered them in a size 6 regular and they're the perfect length for my tall frame. Beyond that, they also don't have a huge flare at the bottom. They're straight legged so it looks professional, modern, and stylish. Plus, trousers often grab in the wrong areas on butts, but these don't, they make your butt look fantastic. A few more details someone might want to know; There are not back pockets, just fake pockets, and the front pockets are very shallow. I ordered two to start, and will definitely be ordering more as it is hard to find trousers so perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for gals under 5' 6" Love the style-very flattering but so disappointed that neither a petite nor a misses short would fit. I hate hemming and at 5' 4" petites or shorts in other brands normally work for me; these weren't even close. Inseams are very long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice I needed a pair of dress pants that were more stylish and that fit better then the ones I had. I am always leery of buying on line due to sizing issues. I read the reviews and got my regular size 8 (I am 149 lbs and 5' 5"). They fit perfectly and they looked very nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy with this purchase I love the fabric and fit of these pants. I had purchased four pairs of pants and had to return two of them so I'm super happy that 2/4 fit me! It's hard to find short/petite clothing that fits me properly and I love that JCPenney makes returns so easy and hassle free. I think that I get the most value for my money when I shop JCPenney and that's why it's my favorite store in general, not just for shoes and clothing either but also for cosmetics with the Sephora Inside JCP stores and for household goods and jewelry. Hands down my favorite place to shop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fit, good length I needed to update some of my flare leg pants and was on the search for some new straight leg pants for work. JC Penney to the rescue! The modern fit in my normal size 10 fit perfectly. The length is more than generous for my 5'8" frame. They are actually a bit long to wear with flats, but I was able to hem them up about an inch. They are great for work and very comfortable to wear. Great value too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The pants fit great. I love the material because it is comfortable on my skin. The pants fit great. I love the material because it is very comfortable on my skin. They move great with me, and allow me to sit down, or bend with ease. The best plus is that they look great. I've only worn them once, and already someone complimented me on them. When I told her where I got them and how much I paid; she said she needed to go shopping at J.C. Penneys.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from fit I bought these because of the fit and they are not so clingy that every 'odd shape" is accentuated. I returned them because the waistband rolls when sitting, and doesn't reshape when you stand - constantly adjusting the waistband. I suspect if the purchaser is a bit thinner this wouldn't be an issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Again, inconsistent sizing I bought three of these Worthington pants because I have ordered Worthington in the past and have been very pleased. Not this time! Of the three, one pair fits. I ordered a size 12 and two of them were too small. Same size tag/label, same Worthington pant, three different sizes. How??

How much is the bottom flare?

Can anyone provide the measurement for the bottom flare with the size?
Asked by: floraa
The bottom measures 8 3/4" from seam to seam.

I want the leg length of the misses short, but I need to know if the rise will run short also?

Misses regular is too long for me although I am 5'7". I don't wear heels anymore so need the shorter length. But don't want to order and discover the rise (crotch) is too short.
Asked by: mountaindogmama
Generally speaking a Misses size has the same rise whether regular or short inseam length. A petite size reduces the rise as well as the inseams. Again a regular inseam is longer than a short in a petite cut.

What are the inseams for Petite and Petite Short

Asked by: AnimalLover
Didn't measure but neither the Petite nor the Misses Short was short enough for me at 5' 4". If wearing heels you are probably fine.
