HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY REGISTRY IN STORE?

You can borrow one of the scanners provided in store or download the latest version of the JCPenney app with registry to use your personal smartphone as a scanner.

DO MY SCANNED ITEMS AUTOMATICALLY SHOW ON MY ONLINE REGISTRY?

Yes. All scanned items in store are updated on your registry immediately.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY REGISTRY WHILE SHOPPING ON JCP.COM?

Yes! You don't have to be on the JCPenney gift registry site to add items to your registry. As long as you are signed in to jcp.com using your registry credentials, you can add items directly to your registry by clicking the "add to registry" button on the product page.

IF I CREATE MY WEDDING REGISTRY IN-STORE, CAN I ACCESS IT ON JCP.COM?

Yes. It will appear on jcp.com immediately, with tools to help manage and build your registry, and access to video thank yous, inspiration galleries, memory markers and more. You can also manage your registry on your phone or tablet by downloading the JCPenney app.

MY REGISTRY PAGE SAYS I CAN UPLOAD AN IMAGE. WHAT IS THIS FOR?

As a personal touch, you can upload an image for you and your guests to see when visiting your registry.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY REGISTRY PASSWORD?

Your JCPenney gift registry account has now been merged into a jcp.com profile. To change your password, click here to exit the registry experience. You will be redirected to the "my account" page on jcp.com to make the change.

CAN I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY REGISTRY?

Yes. To remove items that have not yet been purchased, simply click on the delete option next to the item in your registry.

SOMEONE PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM MY REGISTRY, BUT THE QUANTITY IS NOT SHOWING THAT IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you would like your registry to reflect purchases so that other guests do not purchase the same item, please call our customer care line at 1-800-JCP-GIFT (1-800-527-4438) and they will make the change for you.

MY FUTURE SPOUSE AND I BOTH WANT TO USE THE SAME REGISTRY ACCOUNT, BUT HAVE DIFFERENT SMARTPHONES. HOW CAN WE MANAGE THE SAME REGISTRY ACCOUNT?

Once you've created your registry, you can add your future spouse's email address to your profile. Under his/her name, select the option to allow them to manage the registry and click "save."

HOW LONG WILL MY REGISTRY BE AVAILABLE?

You will be able to view your registry up to one year after your event date.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY COMPLETION PROGRAM?

Yes. After your event is over, we'll send you an email with a 10% off offer valid for 6 months. You can redeem this offer at any JCPenney store or at jcp.com.

ARE THERE ANY PERKS FOR GUESTS WHEN THEY MAKE A PURCHASE FROM MY JCPENNEY REGISTRY?
