Yes! JCPenney Fast and Free curbside pickup is completely contact-free and a convenient service for customers available at all stores. Order on jcp.com and select "same day pickup" 2 hours prior to closing to get it today or select "ship to store" and we'll let you know when your order is here. Here's how it works:

• Shop: Before proceeding to checkout on jcp.com, select free "Same Day Pick Up" or "Ship to Store." Either way, we'll notify you via email when your order is ready.
• Park: Proceed to the dedicated curbside parking area outside of the store. We provide store-specific instructions and links for turn-by-turn directions to our Curbside Pickup parking spots in your "Ready for Pickup" email and our JCPenney app.
• Check in: When you arrive, let us know you're here by clicking on the "Go Curbside" link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or using our highly-rated JCPenney app. In the app, just go to the "Order Details" and select "Go Curbside," then find directions and the option to select "I'm at the store," to check in. At that point, you'll receive status updates as an associate processes your order inside the store.
• Drive Away: One of our associates will grab your order and place it in the back seat or trunk of your car, adhering to social distancing recommendations. Want to see what's new? We also offer Same Day In-Store pickup. Visit your store's in-store pickup location and an associate will be happy to help with your order. Not to worry – we can help! We will gladly accept most JCPenney Store and jcp.com merchandise returns in original condition. You can bring your return to your nearest store or start an online return from your account online or in the JCPenney app. Refer to the JCPenney Return Policy for details.
