Rated 1 out of 5 by from bad stitching and wrinkles These curtains looked fine in the plastic container. However, when they were hung I noticed a lot of wrinkles. At first i thought this was due to folding and length of time in the package, and that after hanging a week or so the wrinkles would loosen and straighten out. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and when I decided to take them down and iron them, I noticed that some of the wrinkles were due to bad stitching and bad pressing by the manufacturer. The thread used for the stitching was too heavy and taut for the silken fabric. In places it caused bunching. In other places the stitching had obviously broken or snagged or been uneven and was caught by the sewer who restitched alongside the original stitching but in a way that caused more bunching. And some of the wrinkles had actually been pressed in by poor pressing at the factory and would be very difficult to remedy with a home iron. Liz Claiborne and Penney's should require better quality control than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect in every way. These are so perfect. I got them during the winter months and first used one panel per window and they worked great. As spring approached and light started coming in for a bit longer and earlier they were great for keeping the light out when needed but I wanted to have a bit more to work with so I added some Liz Claiborne Lisette Sheer Panels and one additional grommet panel per window - the result was perfection. I loved the look and feel and it really allowed me to enjoy having my windows open without sacrificing privacy. Now that I have more material I've noticed that my temperature doesn't fluctuate as much as before (during colder months) and I am very pleased with my overall purchase of both items. I picked teal to match a navy blue, teal, and light blue bedspread I had for winter but now I've opted for a brighter look so I purchased the Intelligent Design Lacie Paisley Floral Print quilt/coverlet set and it works beautifully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT I have photographs that I so badly would like to post, but the site does not allow me to. For the last two years, I had antique white lace curtains which were beautiful, but they made sleeping in difficult. I ordered the teal 84" length curtains, and this morning I am blown away by just how much these darken my bedroom. I do have blinds behind the curtains, which I can only imagine helps, but my room is significantly darker thanks to these curtains! As soon as I installed them last night, I could already tell that my room just seemed quieter, so the noise reduction feature is true! The quality of these curtains is very amazing. Also, these curtains are not an obnoxious teal color, they are very rich and mature in appearance. I highly recommend these curtains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mood Indigo Valance I purchased the Mood Indigo color valance to match the drapery panels. I am very pleased with the quality, fabric, style, color, look, and fit. The additional white fabric lining looks great from outside the outside too. I would recommend this valance or the drapery panels to any potential buyer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, room-darkening white curtains, not that gray We ordered these Kathryn curtains in white for my son's nursery, and I tried hanging them even before re-installing the 2" blinds behind them. Without blinds, they don't completely black-out the room, but they make a HUGE difference, especially considering they're white! Also, as noted in JCP's description, the "white" color has a silver/gray undertone, but we didn't find it to be very noticeable in our home (the room has two CREE LED daylight 100-watt-equivalent bulbs under a domed light cover; lights are obviously off in these photos). With the lights on, the curtains aren't noticeably gray beside our bedding (piled on the floor in the photos--sorry) or valance, both of which have large sections of white broadcloth in them. They did appear more gray to me in the store when I held the valance up beside them, so I would recommend taking them home to try before ruling them out for being too gray!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These are a green teal I love the consistency and blackout of these panels; however, I have more or a turquoise teal bedspread so the panels did not complement my bedroom. I was so disappointed. It's hard to get the correct color teal and very disheartening to keep returning panels in an attempt to get a matching color when you only have the online photo to go by. These were a dark green teal so this color didn't go with any of the turquoise teals in my room. I wish JCP had swatches you could actually look at them before spending hours and hours online only to get a color that doesn't go with anything.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed in mis labeled panels I was so disappointed when I opened the 2 drapery packages that were correctly labeled as room darkening grommet panels. One came room darkening & the other was not. I was in another state, in a highrise, with a ladder, with an urgent situation so I had to go someplace else and hang lesser quality draperies in my med student's apartment bedroom. The quality of the 1 room darkening panel was excellent so it was a shame I had to return them.

Can you tell me what color the grommets are? I would like to know so I can order hardware to match. Thank you.
