Apply directly from pencil to lash line and smudge if desired with Detail Brush, Liner and Brow Duo Brush, or cotton swab. For a more precise application, use built-in sharpener to define tip. Can also be used on waterline.

Pro Tip: For enhanced application control and to easily smudge out, sweep Detail Brush or Liner and Brow Duo Brush over the tip of the Eye Definer pencil to load with product and then apply to eye with brush.
