Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients
14 oz. hulled and frozen strawberries
3 to 3 ½ oz. of white rum
4 tbsp. caster sugar
The zest and juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Step 1: Blend the frozen strawberries with the white rum, sugar, and lime zest juice in a blender until slushy but still frozen.
Step 2: Pour it into large glasses and serve immediately.
White Port and Tonic
Your go-to drink on a hot Summer day!
Ingredients
13 oz. white port
27 oz. chilled tonic water
To Serve
Crushed ice
8 rosemary sprigs or mint leaves
8 lemon wedges
Instructions
Step 1: Gently stir and mix the port wine and tonic water in a large jug.
Step 2: Fill tall glasses with crushed ice and pour the port mixture.
Step 3: Garnish with rosemary, or you could swap it with a fresh mint and lemon wedges while you are serving.
Watermelon Sangria
Watermelons and zesty limes – what’s not to like?
Ingredients
4 cups cubed watermelon
750 ml bottle of white wine
1 cup rum
Juice of 4 limes
Zest of 2 limes
1 tbsp. sugar
Lime slices for garnishing
Instructions
Step 1: In a blender, whiz watermelon, wine, lime juice, zest, and sugar until smooth.
Step 2: Refrigerate in a pitcher until chilled. Garnish glasses with lime wheels and serve.
Frozen Espresso Martini
For all the coffee lovers out there.
Ingredients
100 ml espresso (cold)
60 ml vodka
60 ml Kahlua
1 to 2 tbsp. caster sugar
Ice cubes
Coffee beans to garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Whizz all the ingredients (except the coffee beans) in a blender until it’s smooth.
Step 2: Leave it to settle for a few minutes.
Step 3: Then divide between large martini glasses and garnish with coffee beans.
Frozen Gin Fizz
Your go-to gin drink.
Ingredients
350 ml traditional lemonade
100 ml gin
2 tbsp. caster sugar
1 ½ lemon juice and slices for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Pour lemonade into a baking tray and freeze it for at least 6 hours overnight.
Step 2: Break the frozen lemonade into chunks and blend it with gin and sugar. Whizz for a slushy consistency.
Step 3: Pour it into glasses and garnish with lemon slices when you serve.
