Apple Cider Mimosas
A wonderful fall cocktail idea for a casual brunch.
Ingredients:
1 cup apple cider
1 bottle champagne
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Step 1: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small plate or bowl.
Step 2: Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims and then dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Step 3: Pour apple cider in the champagne flutes (1/4 full.
Step 4: Top off with champagne.
Pumpkin White Russian
Treat yourself to this cocktail tonight. It’s perfect for a casual night in!
Ingredients:
1 oz pumpkin spice Kahlua
2 oz vodka
1 oz heavy cream
1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Pour the Kahlua, vodka, and cream into old-fashioned glasses because that’s the best fall glassware.
Step 2: Fill glasses with a couple of ice cubes and pour the mix from the shaker.
Step 3: Give it a light stir and top it with a cinnamon stick.
Hot Pumpkin Spice Cocktail
What could be better than a warm pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving? A pumpkin pie that you can sip down, of course!
Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin spice coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
4 tbsp organic canned pumpkin
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ oz dark rum (optional)
1 ½ oz vanilla-flavored vodka (optional)
Cinnamon sticks and vegan whipped topping for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Bring the almond milk, Irish cream, and vodka to a boil in a large pot.
Step 2: Once simmering, turn down the heat to low and incorporate the canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Keep stirring while you do so.
Step 3: Pour the warm cocktail in stainless steel mugs or Irish coffee mugs, top with whipped cream and cinnamon stick, and serve.
Thanksgiving Sparkling Cocktail
