What is the JCPenney Mattress Return Policy?
Mattresses must be returned within 120 days of delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, so we encourage you to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. For additional details, please see our mattress return policy.
Why Should I Consider a Protection Plan with My Mattress Purchase?
A protection plan that lasts up to 10 years can be purchased for mattresses and/or adjustable bases. The 10- year Terry Mattress Protector additional protection plan includes a waterproof, breathable, and machine washable mattress protector that repels liquids. Professional stain removal is provided if a stain should get onto the mattress. If the stained area cannot be repaired, the mattress will be replaced. The 10-Year Adjustable Base Protection Plan includes breakage of mechanisms including sleeper, reclining, heating, and vibrating mechanisms, steel frames, and welds. Additionally, it includes electrical failure of wiring, motors, and remote-control devices. A certified service technician will be sent to professionally repair the item. If the damage is unable to be repaired, the entire adjustable base will be replaced free of charge. If your adjustable base is no longer available, you can select new adjustable base of equal or lesser value.
