This is always on a case by case basis and does not include the following: Excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse that may result in damage to the piece/ loss of accent stones; Theft or loss of piece; Loss of center stone; Repair, sizing or service performed by anyone other than EFFY Jewelry/JCP will immediately void the warranty.
