10- year Terry Mattress Protector additional protection plan includes:

• • Waterproof, breathable, and machine washable mattress protector that repels liquids
  • Covers all accidental stains attributed to a single occurrence
  • Helps keep surface clean and sanitary so that manufacturer mattress warranty is not voided
  • If covered stain does not come out in the washing of the terry protector, the protector will be replaced
  • Professional stain removal is provided if stain should get onto the mattress. If the stained area cannot be repaired, the mattress will be replaced

Added benefits:

• • Doesn’t affect fit or feel of mattress, allows the mattress to work as selected by customer
  • Fully washable
  • Provides cleaner/healthier sleeping environment
  • Protector ships straight to customer address on order and may arrive prior to mattress delivery

Excludes:

• • Accumulation defined as a gradual buildup of dirt, dust, body oils, and perspiration
  • Stains, discoloration, or damage caused by improper laundering

10- year Mattress Encasement additional protection plan includes:

• • Everything listed for 10-year mattress plan plus:
    • Completely encased (6-sided), zippered mattress protector
    • Reduces conditions which attract dust mites, allergens, and bed bugs

  • Must report the incident to warrantyservice mobile app or at www.warrantyservice.com within 10 days of the date the stain or damage occurred

10-Year Adjustable Base Protection Plan includes:

Breakage:

• • Mechanisms including sleeper, reclining, heating, and vibrating mechanisms
  • Steel frames
  • Welds

Electrical failure:

• • Wiring
  • Motors
  • Remote control devices

Excludes:

• • Damage caused by transit, delivery, redelivery, product(s) being moved between residences or into or out of storage.

Repairs or replacements:

• • A Certified Service Technician will be sent to professionally repair the item.
  • If damage is unable to be repaired, the entire adjustable base will be replaced free of charge. If your adjustable base is no longer available, you can reselect new adjustable base of equal or lesser value
