measure your band size:

Stand straight, exhale and wrap the measuring tape around your back.
Level the tape snugly under your arms and just above your bust, or where your bra strap connects to the bra cup.
If your measurement ends in a fraction, round up or down to the nearest whole number and enter it in the “band size” field to the left.

measure your cup size:

Wrap the tape measure leveled around your body to the center and fullest part of your bust.
Pull the tape measure snug, but not too tight.
If your measurement ends in a fraction, round up or down to the nearest whole number and enter it in the "cup size" field to the left.
