Jean rise or front rise is the distance from the waist of your jeans to the crotch seam. The rise will influence the look and comfort of your jeans, so it is always good idea to try on a few pairs to understand what works best for you and feels most comfortable.  

Low-Rise Jeans

Worn on your hips and sit below your natural waist. They typically measure 7-9" in front seam and 13" back seam.

Mid-Rise Jeans

Sit mid-way between your hips and your belly button. They measure around 9-10" front seam and 14" back seam.

High-Rise Jeans

Created for women 5'9" and above, these jeans typically feature inseams of 34-36 inches
