In 2023 we're “Celebrating women who tell our stories,” so we’re delighted to share the stories of our Women Owned or Founded brand leaders at JCPenney Beauty. Cece Meadows of Prados Beauty is spearheading an inclusive and uplifting beauty brand that inspires people through the lens of Indigenous communities, while Annie Jackson founded Exa Beauty to allow everyone to feel seen, heard, and understood through clean offerings for every skin tone and texture. Rosie Jane Johnston is creating a captivating collection of fragrances for her brand By Rose Jane and Sara Happ, creator of the original Lip Scrub, Lip Mask, and Lip Slip, is focusing on creating a perfect, healthy pout.
