Celebrating Juneteenth 2024

Celebrate Juneteenth 2024 at JCPenney

We’re honoring the Black community through the lives experience of our JCPenney associate families and pioneer Dr. Opal Lee. For this year’s celebration of freedom, the JCPenney Creative Coalition designed pieces combining African flag colors, the spirit of summer cookouts, and the triumph of the plight of Black people in the US. It’s our largest collection yet, with dresses, shorts, and tees to create family matching moments to wear June 19th and beyond.

Our family comes together to celebrate the resilience of our culture through food, storytelling, and family games. – Roberta, Human Resources
