Durable: Resistant to corrosion, scratching, and denting. With proper care, it can last for decades.
Versatile: Because of stainless steel's rugged, warp-resistant construction and high heat tolerance, it can be used in a range of cooking environments, from oven to stovetop to grill (and even on induction cooktops).
Good heat conductivity: High thermal conductivity ensures rapid and even heat distribution, while low heat retention facilitates precise temperature control.
Ideal for: Sautéing, delicate foods, and deglazing.

Do
Preheat Pan: Heat your pan on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. To check if it's hot enough, add a small drop of water – if it beads up and skitters across the surface before evaporating, it's ready.
Add Oil: Coat the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of oil. Enough to cover the surface is key.
Cook Delicate Items (Fish & Eggs): Fish: Cook skin-side down until the skin starts to separate from the pan.
Eggs: For sunny-side up or over-easy, cover the pan with a lid at the start of cooking. Cook until the whites are set or the skin sears, then flip if desired.
Clean & Store: Clean the pan thoroughly and dry it completely before storing.
Dont
To avoid scratching your stainless steel pan, refrain from using abrasive cleaners and metal utensils. While these scratches won't impact functionality, they can mar the pan's surface.
Adding salt directly to a hot pan (without oil or water) can cause pitting, damaging the surface. Dissolve salt in a liquid beforehand to avoid this.
For cleaning, Bar Keeper's Friend is a recommended cleaner that helps maintain a factory finish. Using wooden or nylon cooking utensils will further protect the pan's surface from scratches. Never use bleach, as it can harm the stainless steel
Rapid temperature changes can cause warping or cracking. Always allow your pan to cool before washing. You can use boiling water for degreasing once the pan has cooled slightly.
Tips for Cleaning
Stainless Steel Cleaner:
1. Pour a small amount of our Stainless Steel Cleaner or another powdered kitchen cleaner into your dirty pan, then use a soft sponge or other non-abrasive tool to work the powder into the pan.2. Once you’ve loosened as much of the mess as you can, rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry thoroughly.
Baking Soda & Vinegar:This method is a solid substitute for Stainless Steel Cleaner in a pinch.
1. Sprinkle enough baking soda onto your pan to cover the affected areas, using a sponge to scrub the pan out as well as possible. 2. Add distilled white vinegar to the layer of baking soda, and it should foam up—which will help loosen the stuck-on residue. 3. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
